Our Team

Joudette Louizia, RN

A dedicated Registered Nurse with over 35 years of experience, including 24 years as an Intensive Critical Care Nurse, now focused on establishing a Home Health Agency to coordinate care services for the community. The owner is highly knowledgeable, with strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to patient care. Known for building strong relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, the owner is committed to delivering culturally competent care that values equality and inclusion.

Agency Experience
In the community, the owner has served as a field nurse, providing ongoing clinical assessments and care. Since 2015, the owner has also worked as a quality assurance nurse, overseeing the standard of care provided by other nurses, conducting routine educational sessions, and reviewing monthly documentation to ensure excellence in patient care.
